It's Just for a Smile News backs new Casey School

2009-12-04 - 220 Gen. John Adair DR, Columbia, KY - Photo by Ed Waggener. The very popular It's Just for a Smile News just out December 1, 2009, edition carries an editorial every Adair Countian should read, "Spend a Nickel, Save a Dime," calling on voters to back the special building tax which could mean the start of a new Colonel William Casey School replacement as early as the summer of 2010. The editorial writer, Ralph Waggener, Lower left was one of the media representatives who toured Col. Casey last night and saw, first hand, the massive problems the old building creates.
