Officer Bailey checks out electrical problem on Burkesville ST

Heres a shot on Burkesville St I took around 7:15amCT this morning, Tuesday, January 27, 2009," writes Greg Thomas of Thomas Photography, located just across Burkesville from the situation. "It been raining sparks along with the normal rain. The wire has been dropping sparks down off and on since about 6:30am. As of this time," Thomas writes, "it hasn't seem to cause any outages. In the lower section of the picture, you can see City of Columbia Code Enforcement Officer Bill Bailey checking it out."
