Mayor in UL red cap: Not a time warp

AT FIRST ONE MIGHT THINK the photo is a time warp, that that's Double ex-Mayor Charles Marshall (who, like Cleveland served two non-consecutive terms, Cleveland as President, Marshall as Mayor of Columbia, KY). Marshall is a staunch University of Louisville fan. Following the UL basketball victory over UK, Mayor Pat Bell, who coaches the Wildcats vicariously, donned a Cardinal cap at Monday night's City Council Meeting.
