"The FULL BEAVER MOON WAS LAST NIGHT," wrote Shamarie Claiborne. "Got this shot of it from The Holler. A full Moon is a sign of freezing weather to come, according ot the Old Farmers' Almanac. The almanac says that this moon signalled a time for Indians and settlers to set traps to assure a supply of warm furs for the winter."
