Every member of Columbia VFW Post 6097 can now bugle Commander Jimmy Luttrell holds the electronic bugle which can be programmed to sound whatever tune the military occasion demands, with no effort on the part of the performer holding the instrument. The bugle is a gift from David Martin, owner of Grissom Funeral Home, second from right, front row, above. From left, above, are Post 6097 members H.W. Roach, Edgar Troutman, james Troutman, (Luttrell, Martin) and Willie Janes. Back row, from left are James Biggs, Stanley Jones, Bill Spicer, Kenneth Scott, Ralph Gilbert Curry, L.G. McKinley, Jack Smith, and Joe Silkowski.
