A History of Adair County, KY, Volume 2, coming this fall
2006-07-22 - Adair County High School, Columbia, KY - Photo CM Staff. Adair County Historian Mike Watson projects the release of the second volume of his A History of Adair County, KY, this fall. At the moment, he thought it would be printed by October 2006. Mr. Watson, who is a teacher in Harrodsburg, KY, was in Columbia for the Adair County Genealogical Society's First Annual Book Fair. The Columbia native says that while he loves Mercer County, his heart is in Adair, and that he is certain to return when he retires. Almost all the books on Mr. Watson's table are his own work.
