Primary Election 2006: In the catbird seat primary night

2006-05-19 - Adair CO Courthouse Annex, Columbia, KY - Photo staff. Perry Reeder was in the catbird's seat election night, during the counting, with nary a worry in the world - for now. Reeder was unopposed for his party's nomination for Fourth District Magistrate. He will face incumbent Magistrate J.M. Shelly in the 2006 Adair County General Election. The geographically huge Fourth District includes three precincts: rural Gradyville/Nelland Sparksville/Breeding precincts and townie-laden South Columbia#2. Candidates are there are obliged to attend three stores: at at Breeding,Flatwoods, Gradyville and keep up with all the happenings at the unofficial seat of government, the Breeding Voluntary Fire Department.
