The tradition of marching band excellence continued on Saturday night, August 29, 2026, as Adair County proudly hosted the 49th Annual Mark Twain Marching Band Exhibition in Columbia. Celebrating nearly five decades of marching band tradition, this year's exhibition brought 15 marching bands together for an evening filled with music, pageantry, school spirit, and outstanding performances.
