Mark Twain quote and art at Paint the Town

At the Paint the Town event last week, artist and secretary of the Adair Arts Council Karen Rowland had fun bringing Mark Twain to life. She writes - Went to chalk my square in downtown Columbia wanting to beat the heat and enjoy the Paint the Town event this evening and see all the creations around the square. My subject is a quote from Mark Twain, "God created war so Americans would learn geography."
