Metcalfe County High School sophomores Morgan Avery and Lydia Bennett will be part of the Rogers Scholars program at the Center for Rural Development. Scholars is the Center's flagship program. It provides leadership and college scholarship opportunities to help rising high school juniors develop the skills they need to seize their potential as the region's next generation of business and entrepreneurial leaders.
