Carol Perkins poses above in her award-winning hat and grey wig, as declared by the owner of The Rex Family Restaurant in Nancy, KY, on a recent Halloween lunch.

Carol says that getting the fifteen women in attendance organized for a group picture required her inner child to leave and the teacher to come out when no one was listening to anyone else. Getting permission from a group of fifteen women to share the resulting photo of all their hats proved too much even for the veteran educator and Champion Milliner.
