Update on Friday evening weather

2024-02-16 - Southern Kentucky - Photo courtesy Mike Keltner, Adair Co. Emergency Management.

Temperatures are expected to drop this evening, with an overnight low around 25F, and the National Weather Service is projecting a 100% chance of precipitation.

According to the most recent briefing slides forwarded by Mike Keltner, Director of Adair County Emergency Management, Adair County is in the band that will likely see mostly to all rain as the front moves through, while Taylor, Casey and Green Counties could see a wintry mix in the 7pm-9pm range.
