The Double Daffy

The smaller Lily in front is called the "Double Daffy" according to master gardener Mrs. John Walker who shared her flowers during a visit to the Adair Genealogy and History Center.

Famous Pasta served up for Hailey

Granddaughter Hailey Waggener's favorite dish is her Dad's "Famous Pasta" made to her specifications. On this visit, she included it in her requests and now her Mema agrees, it's a favorite!

New mural completed on North Columbia in Campbellsville

The new Campbellsville mural is complete on the Big Dawg radio building downtown. Larry Smith, General Manager, gathered a group who had worked together on the previous murals that marked the Bicentennial, and began work toward the new look. The project is done just in time for the historic Campbellsville July 4th celebration this holiday weekend.

Larry would like to send a huge thank you to all the participants on the committee and everyone who helped in any way. The Campbellsville Mural Committee members are, from left: Barry Bertram, Betty Jane Gorin Smith, Gwinette Sullivan, Donna Logston, Susie Skaggs, Janet Adams, Faye Howell, Chairman Larry Joe Smith, Natalie Brockman-artist, and Emily Osborne Anderson-artist.

Lanterns & Tombstones IV is coming this Friday, July 1st at 7pmCT in the Columbia Cemetery. This month Dave and Mike will highlight twelve veterans from the Revolutionary War, War of 1812, Mexican-American War, Civil War, Spanish-American War and World War I.
