Meet the cast of Perfect Wedding: Jacob Scott 2022-07-20 - Columbia, KY - Photo courtesy Lindsey Wilson College. Meet Jacob Scott, who plays Bill in Perfect Wedding. Jacob is an actor/tech from Brownsville, Ky. He graduated from Lindsey Wilson's theatre program in 2019 after which he pursued a career in Theatre Carpentry and Technical Direction. Jacob took a break from theatre production in 2020 to pursue his M.A. in Theatre Arts which he completed in 2021. He would like to thank his amazing undergrad program at Lindsey Wilson for equipping him with the tools necessary to advance his career in the theatre industry. Perfect Wedding will run with 7pmCT/8pmET performances July 27-29, 2022, and a 2pmCT/3pmET, performance July 31, 2022. Rev. Jesse R. Zeigler House (Frank Lloyd Wright house) 2022-07-20 - Shelby Street, Frankfort, KY - Photo by Pen. The design for this house came from a chance shipboard meeting in 1910 of Rev. Zeigler of this city with Frank Lloyd Wright (1869-1959), the internationally known architect. The Presbyferian minister had local contractor Scott begin construction that year. This is an example of Wright's "prairie house," utilizing open floor plans. Famous primarily as a residence architect, Wright also planned many impressive public structures, including the Imperial Hotel in Tokyo and Guggenheim Museum in New York City. This is the only building of his design erected in Kentucky during his lifetime. The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1976.
