Recently T.J. Samson became the first hospital in the U.S. to introduce BrainWatch from Natus, a rapid electroencephalogram (EEG) system that delivers critical insights to suspected seizure activity in patients within minutes. Not all seizures show visible signs when they are occurring, and EEG acts as a window into the brain for doctors to provide diagnosis and treatment. Using a comfortable, wireless headband, BrainWatch begins recording brain activity almost immediately, giving doctors valuable insights right from the start.

Doug writes, "1963 - Looking out from my snowy backyard at 601 Jamestown Street. The Beard Home at 104 Lowes Lane and the Huddleston Home at 106 Lowes Lane were not yet built. The field behind the white fence would have been planted in crops during that time."
