By George Kolbenschlag The Advent skit was a special feature by the children and youth of CUMC on Sunday morning. It was a wonderful show with a fine message. It involved a movie producer (played by Trey Stephens) telling a writer (Gabe Coleman) all the things he wanted in his production. He gave the writer a very complex list of all he wanted in the show, and the writer came back to him with one page--the Christmas story--which was then briefly acted out by the other children and youth of the church. Children/youth director Jamie Salyers, Carol Weddle and Maggie Coleman rewrote what had been a three person script to include many other young people in the cast.
