Beauty in the Eye of the Photographer
2025-03-26 - Green County, KY - Photo by Robert Ellis, robertelliswoodworking.com. Robert writes, "I do get that many will not enjoy or understand what is to be gained by looking at this photo. Perhaps explaining what I like about it might nudge folks into warming up to it...if even just a little.
The photo has the elements I like, matching rust color of the tractor and fuel oil tank (locking in both sides of the image), gnarly tree limbs above (capping off the top), forcing the eyes to the center of the image to the bicycle (hopefully invoking a happy memory) and lastly the house, or was it a storefront? The photo was meant to generate questions; not be pretty. If you read this far...maybe I was successful in a small way."
