Adair County Fiscal Court votes on tax 2023-03-29 - Columbia, KY - Photo by Victoria Pike of Miss Vicky\'s Pampered Angus Ranch. Terry Hadley was the only Magistrate who voted with Adair County Judge Executive Larry Russell Bryant in favor of implementing a one percent occupational tax in the county to help improve the financial situation, similar to the ones in each of the six surrounding counties.
