Rooting out our history
2023-08-22 - Columbia, KY - Photo by Mike Watson. Mike writes, "The Adair Genealogy & History Research Center is always "rooting out history" for our visitors. Local resources are abundant. Such as the seminal work of Mrs. Ruth Paull Burdette under title of Early Columbia: The Beginnings of a Small Kentucky Town; or The Jamestown Hill {or Boomer Heights} 1900 to 1910; or Looking Back compiled from the columns--in three volumes. Come by the Research Center to look over these and hundreds of other titles today."
