Work begins on historic Adair Courthouse restoration

Many in the Adair Heritage Association will be singing the hallelujah chorus as work begins toward restoration (first steps removal of wings and painting exterior) of the historic Adair County Courthouse.

Traffic will necessarily have to slow down to make room for service vehicles so watch for cones around the building. It might be a perfect time to practice using the Veterans Memorial Bypass in order to sail around downtown instead of slowing down and waiting.
