In the Green River Lake Boaters group on Facebook, Mike Hamlett shared, "Just wanted to put this out there considering how busy it will be this weekend. I took this pic yesterday (6/28) close to Holmes Bend Marina. Can't speak for much of the rest of the lake because we weren't on much of the water past the marina, but just want everyone to be aware of what may be floating in some areas. Hope everybody has a safe and enjoyable 4th of July!"

This is one of my favorite photos from the Historic Adair County Courthouse -- from the third floor, looking out toward Jamestown Street. Note the window glass was VERY dirty. Jeffries Hardware on the right as the street exits the Square, and Lerman Brothers Department store on the left. - MW
