ACHS Class of 1971 getting together Sept 30

Update on historic Adair Courthouse restoration

The brick masons are nearing completion of repairing holes left in the Adair County Courthouse where the wings were removed. This picture shows progress on the Burkesville Street side. It also shows paint color examples under the lower center windows. The next step should be the windows on Campbellsville Street side. The goal is to have the building weather proof before winter.

Happy start of fall 2023

Fall officially arrived in the early morning hours of Saturday, September 23, 2023. This beautiful red maple leaf was found on the walking trail in the new Citizens Park on Burkesville Street in Columbia. A sign is not up yet but will be coming soon. For now, look for the entry drive beside the yellow house and motel.
