Charles Greer was chosen as new Columbia Police Department Chief in a unanimous vote by the City Council at Monday night's meeting. He was sworn in by the Mayor immediately following the Council meeting. Standing with Greer at his left in the picture are retiring Chief Jr Murphy and former Chief Mark Harris.
