EDA holds groundbreaking for build-ready pad 2023-10-19 - Adair County, KY - Photo by Amber Hobaugh. A groundbreaking ceremony was held at Adair County's industrial park - Green River Commerce Park - Thursday, October 19, 2023. The event marks the first certified build ready pad which prepares the lot for a plant to place a building, a quicker path to jobs. Robert writes, "Our ultimate destination was the Oregon's Coast; but not before we traveled down Highway 138 in Southern Utah. This highway passes by a half dozen waterfalls or more, and I think we probably saw and hiked to at least six of them. As evidenced by these photos, it was a cold rainy day, with a lot of darting in and out of the car to warm back up.
