OCC recognizes Columbia Nazarene church

Samaritans Purse-Operation Christmas Child representative Mark Fudge visited the Columbia Nazarene Church on Sunday morning, November 5, 2023, to present the church with a 10-year participation plaque from OCC.

The church is not only active packing boxes from year to year -- for the last 10 years, the church has served as the central drop-off location for Adair and surrounding counties. Pictured from left are Fudge, OCC project leader for the church, April Curry, and Pastor Brent Piatt.

National Collection Week for OCC is November 13-20, 2023.

Officer Bates is a 2010 graduate of Adair County High School and completed The Department of Criminal Justice Training in 2021. He previously worked for Hodgenville Police Department.
