Holiday lights welcome fans to Greensburg

Holiday lights were on for visitors in Greensburg who came to hear Kyle Zornes play at the Longhunter's Tavern Friday evening. Weather was just beginning to change for the worse so the lights added a little welcome warmth.

January presentation to Chamber of Commerce

Adair County Judge Executive Larry Russell Bryant was the first speaker of 2024 to address members of the Columbia Adair Chamber of Commerce at Tuesday's lunch meeting. He took the high road, focusing on the good things working in 2023, especially the economic development progress toward future jobs in the Green River Commerce Park. The EDA announced that a second grant has now been confirmed to prepare sites in the industrial park.
