"Dr. Michelli is one of the great influencers in the world today in the area of service excellence," Dr. Joseph Hopkins, president of CU, said.
"He is a New York Times best-selling author who has been hired by the largest and most visible companies in the world, and it is incredible to think that he will be speaking to our students, faculty, and staff! I am hoping this becomes a priority for our entire University to participate in person or online."

Arctic air returns this weekend
 2024-01-17 - Southern Kentucky - Photo courtesy Mike Keltner, Adair Co. Emergency Management. The National Weather Service is advising that another round of single digit temperatures with below zero wind chills will return over the weekend:
- Both Saturday & Sunday mornings feature low temperatures in the single digits.
- Breezy conditions Friday Night/Saturday Morning will create Wind Chills of -5 to -15
- Sunday's Wind Chills Zero to near 10 below.
- Teens and twenties for the Highs on Saturday with mid to upper 20s on Sunday.

Evan Burton shared this scene of White Oak, KY just when I was wishing someone would send a sunset on this day of part-sun and deep freeze. The back roads likke this may keep busses from running if the freezing temperatures go through the week. Tuesday was an NTI day and Adair Elementary has posted an NTI day for tomorrow.

Adair County FFA members at convention
 2024-01-16 - Lexington, KY . Adair County FFA members who completed MSU dual credit courses were able to attend the 2024 KY Cattlemen's Convention and tour UK's campus. At the convention, members made valuable connections to experts in the beef industry and learned about new technology and methods in cattle production. They were able to have lunch at the UK Student Center and talk to current UK students about their college experience.
