Attendees received a hands-on demonstration on how to play mandolins, dulcimers, a lap steel guitar, a zither, and a bouzouki, all made by King.

LWC Associate Professor of Journalism David Goguen takes a turn on one of the dulcimers made by Roger King from Louisville on Monday. King handcrafts string instruments from redwood, maple, walnut, mahogany, African cherry, Adirondack spruce and Alaskan red spruce. The exhibit will be on display in the W.W. Slider Humanities Center until the end of the spring semester.
