Countdown to ACHS in Sweet Sixteen
 2024-03-20 - Lexington, KY - Photo by Trey Stephens, ACHS Sports Writer for Columbia Magazine. The stage is set. Game begins at 5pm Adair County time. This picture of the giant Rupp Arena is sent one hour until the Indians will do battle in the first round of the UK HealthCare Boys' Sweet 16.
Tonight's Sweet 16 game versus Marshall County will be broadcast live on 93.5 WAIN-FM. Subscribers with an nfhsnetwork account can stream video of the game at www.nfhsnetwork.com. The cheapest package is 11.99 for a 1-month subscription.

Indians start the schools walk-through at ACPC

ACHS Indians heading for Rupp Arena

Adair County bus number 51 carried the Region 5 Champions form the school campus out of Columbia and to Lexington for the state tournament. A line of first responders announced the arrival through town. It was great to hear sirens blaring for a very positive reason.

Indians receive royal treatment before trip

The bus carrying the ACHS Indians bound for the Sweet Sixteen tournament left Columbia for Lexington just after 10amCT Tuesday morning. Before boarding the bus they were given the royal treatment at each of the four public schools and a parade of first responders escorting them out of town. Roll Tribe!!
