Bearded Iris 2024-04-16 - Fairplay, KY - Photo by Veronica Arnold. Veronica writes, "These lovely flowers didn't bloom last year and this year they are really putting on a show. Yesterday it started to open and was a darker violet color. Today it is fully bloomed with the typical shape of the bearded iris, like a beautiful woman with a secret to keep.
