As the Adair County Fiscal Court April meeting was about to get started all officials were present on the right side of the Judge, but two seats were empty to the left. Magistrate Baker joined a few minutes later, making three (of four) on the left. Governor Beshear has not yet appointed someone to fill the vacant position.
