Two experienced canoeist put in on Green River at Liberty (Casey County) before Sunday night's rainfall. On Memorial Day, they capsized, forcing them to abandon their canoe approximately 5 miles upstream of Snake Creek Ramp. They were located by KY Fish and Wildlife and then Breeding FD Technical Rescue Team deployed 2 watercraft and retrieved the individuals without incident or injury.
