Columbia #2 were already part of the Adair County Tabulation, results passed out the media, and already sent to the Secretary of State for posting in the returns for Tue 17 May 2016. The precinct voted heavily for eventual winners county wide Rand Paul (87.65.14%); gave James R. Comer a Tim Lee Carter size majority (85.37%); and, with perhaps Adair County's most ethnically diverse precincts, gave Hillary Clinton her highest margin, 73.91%; Democratic nominee for U.S. Senator, Jim Gray, received a resounding 79.03%), and favored Tom Osborne in the Democratic primary for U.S. Representative.
