Epicurean Kentuckian: Center cut, Country Ham + all the extras

2016-06-04 - Pattys Liberty Road Deli, 5097 Liberty Road, Columbia, KY - Photo by Linda Waggener, CM photo.
In honor of Summer Changeover Day, June 4, 2016, and summertime hours, 5am-8pmCT, Monday through Saturday, Patty Smith announced a new entreee, Center Cut Country Ham, available with two sides for $8.99 this Seafood Saturday, June 4, 2016. The cut above was ordered for breakfast, with two sunnies, fresh Kentucky tomatoes - those are "Orbys"; redeye gravy (soaking the biscuit; bowl of gravy out of frame); and grits. They drink a lot of coffee at Patty's, which means that the pots are always hot, fresh, and always black and full flavored. Sissy coffee may be available here - but we've never tried it. - EL/LW
