A major restoration project at Homeplace on Green River was completed this past week with the replacement of badly deteriorated siding on Homeplace's historic bank barn. The barn, built about 1860, is the signature building at Homeplace. The project, done by Eddie Cowherd Barn Construction, has been waiting funding for several years.
