If you can see through the maze of utility lines - lost count trying to get the number - you can see through the courthouse, both in the bell tower and from its front door on the Jamestown Street side through its back door on the Greensburg Street face. In the days to come, it will be safer to walk to the courthouse and through the cross walks, thanks to new, heavier white bars.
