From the Bridge over Crocus Creek on Lawson Bottom Road, some big fish could be seen hiding out among fallen timbers upstream. Even though it looked like they could be caught easily fishing from the bridge - is that legal? - their hideout was secure, for the moment, from a fishing party 50 yards or so upstream in the Crocus Creek tributary. Is there enough detail for a knowledgeable fisher to identify? The waters appeared a bit murky.
