Gerald Holt, was the happiest man in Adair County just a little while later, when his bride-to-be, Joan Dulworth, showed up to get a marriage license at Clerk Lisa Greer's office in the Adair Annex. He had just arrived in Columbia from his home in Little Cake when this photo was taken. Details and a formal announcement will come later, though the ceremony date and percent is out of the bag: Monday, August 21, 2017, at 98.7%.
