Toxic or no - the vine needed to come down - might be allowed to grow back later - but the Adair Heritage Association clean, patch, paint supervisors decided the vine on the Historic Adair County Courthouse needed to come down today, at least in order to survey and document any structural deterioration. Columbia Police Department Sgt.
