Debbie Gabbert, the Sorghum Lady, had homemade Green River Bend Sorghum Molasses for sale at Downtown Days in Columbia. Her business has a Campbellsville address - it's in Taylor County about half way between that city and Columbia, at the top of KY 55's south Green River Hill. The confection is most simply used, and providentially intended, over buttered hot biscuits, but is also prized as a dessert ingredient.
