Before 4pmCT, the official opening time: Record number of candy passer outers (aka 32 businesses, churches and organizations) were ready to make this a safe and fun Halloween for all our trick or treaters. It was looking like a perfect Fall evening to join us on the square 4pmCT - 7pmCT. As well, it is your last chance to see all the Squarecrows, so remember your camera! Downtown Columbia was filled by the 5 o'clock hour after Treats on the Town started at 4pmCT. The sun was still high so all the costumes and all the booths could be seen in great light.
