Treats on the Town: Record number of candy passer-outers

2017-10-31 - Durham & Zornes - Photo from Debbie Selby & Ellen Zornes.
Before 4pmCT, the official opening time: Record number of candy passer outers (aka 32 businesses, churches and organizations) were ready to make this a safe and fun Halloween for all our trick or treaters. It was looking like a perfect Fall evening to join us on the square 4pmCT - 7pmCT. As well, it is your last chance to see all the Squarecrows, so remember your camera! And amongst all the candy, there may even be other treats awaiting so see you there! - Ellen Zornes and Debbie Selby
