Truck warned of approaching light outage 2017-11-18 - Corner Edmonton Road and Burkesville Road, Columbia, KY - Photo by Vicky Pike. The light truck which warned of intersect traffic lights being out at the Burkesville Road & Edmonton Road intersection, continued at 8:43pmCT, Saturday night, minutes after the Taylor County RECC transformer had been repaired. Boy, the darkness out here tonight reminiscent of 10 years ago, before Walmart opened, when all you could see were the lights from a few scatter houses.
