I am the daughter of the late Tommy Vanarsdale and Marsha Vanarsdale, and the granddaughter of the late Paul Vanarsdale and Dorothy Vanarsdale. I have been married to my husband, Ronnie, for 19 years and we have two children, Conway and Haydon Loy. As a resident of District 4 of Adair County for almost my entire life, I wish to run for the office of Magistrate. I have a vested interest in assuring that our community needs and interests are maintained at the highest standard possible. While living in Distict 4, I have also been employed by the Adair County Board of Education for just under 18 years. I work closely with exceptional education students as well as with struggling students, helping them to make and meet goals to ensure personal and academic successes. I truly enjoy working with children - they are most definitely our future! Greater Bliss Ranch Report: And they're off - to the feed trough! 2018-01-13 - Miss Victorias Pampered Angus Ranch, Greater Bliss, KY - Photo by Miss Vicky Pike Browning. Sixty anxious feeder calves were off and running to their special mix awaiting them in the concrete troughs. I have to open the gates after I get the feed in and run for cover. All the crew seemed to be ok after a terribly cold and wet night. This type of damp and wet cold is harder on cattle since the ice and snow sticks to them and makes it harder for them to maintain their body temperature. I urge everyone to check on their four and two legged friends during this cold and make sure they have access to feed and water that isn't frozen.
