2018-01-30 - Adair County Clerk Office, Ste 3, Adair Annex, 424 Public Square, Columbia, KY - Photo by Ed Waggener, ColumbiaMagazine.com. The filing deadline for candidates passed no fanfare, and not activity for the day. The County Clerk's office tallies each day's activities, much as banks and businesses. The candidate filings will be reported to the Secretary of State's office, and will appear online as the Frankfort office catches up. - EW.
