Breeding Area Volunteer Fire Chief Terry Harvey, forward in photo, did receive fiscal court insurance aid grant of $2,500, already in the fiscal year budget at last night's meeting of the Adair County Fiscal Court, but he was delayed on his request for an increase in funds for insurance because of a tight county budget. Adair County Parks and Recreation Chair Cynthia Rowe, in yellow blouse, was also disappointed that the county is unable to go ahead with plans for a new floor at the Jim Blair Center.
