The Pedestrian Crossing at the Public Square and Campbellsville Street is now safer with the completion of the "No Parking" zone, giving vehicles a better line-of-sight to watch for pedestrians stepping off the curb, crossing from the Dustin Warren law office building to the Flower Garden corner. Goabaone Mosheleketi won his second national title in as many days to help the Lindsey Wilson men's track & field team to a sixth-place finish today at the 2018 NAIA Outdoor Track & Field National Championships held at Mickey Miller Blackwell Stadium. After winning the long jump national title yesterday, Mosheleketi out-jumped the field in today's triple jump. The national title is Mosheleketi's third of his career. Safia Bright became the first Lindsey Wilson woman to win an outdoor track & field national title on Saturday, May 26, 2018 to help Blue Raiders to a 10th-place finish at the 2018 NAIA Outdoor Track & Field National Championships held at Mickey Miller Blackwell Stadium, in Gulf Shores, AL. Bright captured the 100-meter dash with a time of 11.68 seconds. She broke the tape just in front of Southern-New Orleans' (LA) Argyana Bolton's 11.72. Wildlife of KY - Braking for rabbits takes skill 2018-05-27 - Independence Ridge Road, Breeding/Picnic/Dirigo area of Adair County, KY - Photo by Ed Waggener, ColumbiaMagazine.com. We brake for rabbits, but sometimes it's hard to figure out what goes on in their heads. These two were satisfied with this location when we braked for them to 1) Take their picture and 2) Give them a chance to get off the pavement. Top Rabbit took note and exited stage right. Bottom Bunny exited stage left. And the road was clear, and we inched forward, when, suddenly, Bottom leaped onto the pavement and raced to stage right. We're sure rabbit hunters know every impulse a rabbit has.
