Thank you to Columbia VFW Post 6079 for cemetery flags
2018-05-27 - Photo from family collection. Bonnie Willis Smith wrote to ColumbiaMagazine.com, "Have you visited the cemeteries in Columbia? Yesterday while taking flowers to Haven Hill, I was pleasantly surprised to see that Columbia VFW Post 6097 had put nice American Flags at every Veteran’s grave. It was a beautiful sight to see how many men and women have fought for our freedom. A very humbling sight. A SPECIAL THANKS TO COLUMBIA VFW POST 6097." - Bonnie Willis Smith and husband, Lenuel Smith.
