Dr. Charles "Chuck" Crain, chair of the graduate business program at Campbellsville University's Louisville Education Center and assistant professor of business, was named the 2018 non-tenured faculty member of the year. Dr. Crain received this award of excellence during the opening chapel ceremony for the academic school year. This award is given to a faculty member who exhibits excellence in the classroom, in the community and within the lives of CU students. It is given annually with the nominations coming from deans and administration. Crain oversees the largest single program at CU.
