Richard Lee Walker was the Judge Executive; Pam Smith was Deputy CJE; Ray Hutchison was the County Attorney Lynn McLean was Treasurer. Magistrates in 1992 were: Treva Downey Ballou, Lowell W. Over a 7 day period, the newly elected sheriffs are being trained on the constitutional duties of a sheriff in addition to the expected law enforcement duties they perform in their respective counties.
