Stargel takes 3rd at KY Youth State Wrestling Championships 2019-02-04 - Louisville, KY - Photo by Amanda Taylor. On Sunday, February 3, 2019, 13-year-old ACMS student Trayton Stargel wrapped up his final season with the Taylor County Youth Wrestling Program, when he traveled to Broadbent Arena in Louisville, KY, to compete in the Kentucky Youth State Wrestling Championships. There were 29 competitors from all across the state in the 130 pound weight class, and the top 6 medaled. Trayton finished out the state tournament with only one loss, bringing home a 3rd Place medal.
